Jim and Bonnie were approved as World Baptist Fellowship missionaries to the North American Indians in 1988.

Jim was saved at a spring revival meeting in Deer Park, Texas in 1962. Bonnie was also saved at a revival meeting in 1961.

They were married in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1968. They are 1968 graduates of Bible Baptist Seminary.

Jim Winters died of cancer on November 30, 2003.  His wife has continued to faithfully serve the Lord since his homegoing.

Their sending church is the Central Baptist Church of Deer Park, Texas.
